Using the exquisite Image de Plumes technique, personal silhouettes can be created from photographs to produce a unique record of the sitter. These custom-made Images provide a beautiful alternative to traditional painted or sketched portraits; they are the perfect gift and memento.

To order a personal silhouette, a photograph should be supplied of the subject, in profile, shot against a pale background so that the outline of the face is clear. Preferably, the sitter should wear a hat or other headdress to make the finished article more interesting.

Information about hair colour and preferred clothing colours should also be supplied when placing an order. While colours in the finished piece may not be exact, they will conform as closely as possible to those requested.
